Rusatom Service Signs a Memorandum of Understanding with Skoda JS

Rusatom Service JSC and Skoda JS (the Czech Republic) have signed a Memorandum of Understanding. The companies agreed to cooperate in repairing welded joints of steam generator vessels for VVER-440 units designed in Russia.

The goal of the present MoU is to evolve cooperation between the companies and identify specific projects for interaction.

The MoU was signed on 20 June 2017 at Atomexpo IX International Forum in Moscow. The MoU was signed by Director General Evgeny Salkov, on the side of Rusatom Service JSC, and Chairman and CEO Josef Perlik, on the side of Skoda JS.
