15.05.2018 At ATOMEXPO 2018 took the place round table called ‘How clean and Green is Nuclear?’
Throughout the round table, the participants discussed the trends the global energy experiences due to constant growth of demand, the perspectives of synergy between different clean energy sources (sun, water, wind and atom) aimed at establishing a sustainable global energy mix, and possible environment protection activities.

“Green investments”—creating possibilities and broadening the horizons. This is the name of the round table conducted by the Rosatom State Corporation as part of the X Anniversary International Forum ATOMEXPO-2018. The forum participants discussed Investment strategies and the issues of funding the nuclear industry facilities as well as principles for implementing comprehensive NPP construction projects abroad.

Sochi - May, 14th. Rosatom America Latina (regional branch of «Rusatom International Network») and the Chilean Commission of Nuclear Energy (CCHEN) signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to promote cooperation in the nuclear and lithium sector in Chile.

On May 14, 2018 within the framework of X International Forum ATOMEXPO-2018 ASE Group of Companies (Rosatom State Corporation Engineering Division), National Research Nuclear University “MEPhI” (NRNU MEPhI) and Nizhny Novgorod State Engineering University named after R.E. Alekseev (NNSEU) have signed an Agreement on educational, scientific and technical cooperation.

The discussions were attended by representatives of large construction and engineering companies that have experience in implementation of complex engineering projects, including NPPs, representatives of regulatory authorities of the countries where Rosatom is implementing its projects.

15.05.2018 Prize-winners received their awards at ATOMEXPO AWARDS in Sochi
It was the first award ceremony for prize-winners of ATOMEXPO AWARDS, which was held during the 10th Anniversary International Forum ATOMEXPO-2018 in Sochi on 14th May 2018. This international professional prize is awarded to companies from the global industry for their outstanding performance, which significantly contributed to development of the nuclear industry and nuclear energy use for the benefit of mankind.
15.05.2018 The trends of nuclear power development for the next 10 years were discussed at the plenary session of ATOMEXPO-2018
The plenary session on ‘Global Partnership - Joint Success’ was held on the 14th of May, 2018, the first day of the 10th International Forum ATOMEXPO 2018. Speaking at the session, Sergei Kiriyenko, First Deputy Head of the Presidential Administration, Chairman of the Supervisory Board of ROSATOM read out a greeting of the President of Russian Federation Vladimir Putin to the participants of the Forum.
